We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which is also the standard under Ontario’s accessibility law (AODA). That includes:
- text you can resize, with strong colour contrast;
- everything usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline;
- headings, labels and descriptions that work with screen readers;
- respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting;
- buttons and links big enough to tap.
Something not working?
If you hit a barrier, or need information in another format, tell us and we’ll help: by phone, text or email, whichever suits you.
